Can someone explain to me how a guy in South Florida with offers from LSU, Florida State, and Alabama is not rated or evaluated by Rivals?

He is pretty high on 247. Well, he is in the 247 on 247. lol. Miles has done well down here. As long as Miami is in trouble, it is good for us.

I understand his offer with Florida State is for corner while Bama is also thinking corner but also receiver.
Are we looking at him just as a WR or WR/CB?
