It is the arm of the NCAA that reviews academic qualifications for incoming athletes to make sure they meet the minimum requirements. All recruits have to submit certified transcripts and test scores there.

Probably we just don't obsess as much over other schools' Clearinghouse issues.

Good idea. I will be interested to hear the results. Would surprise me if we have an abnormal amount of Clearinghouse issues, given that our compliance staff seems to have a very good relationship with the enforcement arm of the NCAA.

Craig Loston and Tajh Jones are fairly similar to Eddie Lacy in terms of what they needed to do to get qualified as high school seniors, fwiw. Lacy seemed to be a bit worse off, but not by much.
