He may be able and allowed to convert it to semi. If not he can point you towards the proper authorities. This is NOT something you want mess around with, especially now.

That thing is a big time felony. 10-15 year sentence. No amount of fun and badassedness is worth that. Either get a Class III, sell it quickly on the black market, or dispose of it ASAP. Never heard of a 40 cal AK.
