The issue with this case is that a few were recently infected with HIV from a male porn star who does all types of porn, if you get my drift.
In more and more cities in this county you can not smoke a cigarette in your own apartment or condo as that is now illegal and you can't smoke on sidewalks, parks and beaches in the county. In Calabasas you can't smoke in the city, period. All the smoking laws for bars and restaurants were the beginning of these infringements.

Why should I be forced to wear a seat belt?
(Note: I haven't said whether I agree or disagree, but you have no idea how heavily everything is regulated in this state)

Yes, regulation of individual behavior is terrible....aren't you hopeful that the porn industry wins one for freedom?

I don't care anymore since Obamacare was upheld by the Supreme Court. I think we've passed that point now and I don't even know where we the people can stop this now. It's really depressing.

No, but I'm not arguing about private affairs but a business. I am against all the regulations on restaurants as to what oils they can use. There have been so many restaurants that have closed in the state because of the regulations they have to endure that are just stupid. I just think if every other business is going to be heavily regulated and that so many in all film industry out here love big nanny government, well, let them have what they asked for.

While I think it's ridiculous for government to regulate the wearing of condoms, I think it's equally ridiculous to suggest that not wearing condoms is a freedom of speech issue. Overall though I hope the slimeball wins this one.

If OSHA and state regulators can force construction workers to wear hard hats for their safety, then there should be little doubt that those same regulators could require the use of condoms for worker protection in the porn industry. This appears to be a no brainer.
