I don't see the surprise.
We bring back the same offense minus ware and ford. Except this time Mettenberger has experience with receivers that fixed a lot of their problems.
Our defense lost a lot but our formerly depleted secondary got VALUABLE playing time this season. We lose Reid and Simon but we bring back Loston, Mills, Collins, Martin Eugen.
Front 7 is STILL stacked. Rasco, Ego, Freak, etc.
This team had a huge off-season scandal involving their best player, a new quarterback, and an injury plague. The second half of the seasons was played INCREDIBLY young and we were still one drive away from being in the SECCG.
This team is going to be very good next year.

Got to believe the team not playing in the same division as Alabama has a slight edge on the other one.
That's if the Buckeyes can get pass Buffalo, Florida A&M and that tough Big 10 schedule they play.

With the Talent coming in and what we have already there LSU will be very good next year especially with a couple more additions with what has already committed.
Hopefully LSU can get Robert Nkemdiche (DE 6'4" 285 lbs.) to go with what we have on the D-Line. The Backfield on the Defence will be highly competitive also.

remember, al odds are better b/c vegas knows slive/sec are stacked for al, AND that al always gets a mulligan!

Its based on a $100 bet. Basically LSU is 10-1 to win the BCSNCG, BAMA 3-1.
I read into it that LSU will go 11-1 and get Sugar, BAMA 12-0 ROSE
