I believe Teheran is going to be a much better pitcher than Delgado. If we end up trading one, I really hope it's Delgado.

Apparently they aren't too keen on Ahmed, I dunno. I would think this would be enough, though.

So if we get J Upton, which jersey do I get? Justin? BJ? Just a generic "Upton" model? "Upton Brothers" model? "Upton Pain Train" model? :popkern:

That's a pretty big drop off from the mariners deal. Walker is a top 10 prospect, and the Franklin-Ahmed difference is pretty steep. I know braves fans want to hang onto Venters but he might be needed to put them over the top.

Its more likely Michael Bourn is in Atlanta next year than Justin Upton. I would rather Justin, but Bourn just seems much more likely.

There's about a 1% chance Michael Bourn is a Brave next year.

He seemed kinda douchy. Was with a rather attractive girl though. I say we sign him. He definitely fits the "At Least He's better than Proctor" rule.

BS. Proctor was great. We just didn't use him correctly.

I think Upton comes here as well. The D'Backs are itching to trade him and we're really the only team out there, with interest, that has the pieces to make it work.

I think now is the time to trade Venters anyways. As many innings as we have put on that guy the past 2 years. I can see a drop off in his production in the not to distant future. Plus he is entering his Arbitration years.
