Had a connecting flight through Dallas and it was cancelled due to weather. Been in a hotel room reading 'Life' by Keith Richards. I'm 80 pages into it (550 pgs total) but it's pretty fricking interesting thus far.

Solid band, Kbro. I got into them after seeing Urgh!, when I was a Police freak.

Well that's an understatement if there ever was one. It's All Over Now These days there aren't many Police tracks that I don't skip over when they come up - Walking On The Moon, Bombs Away, and a couple from Outlandos maybe but other than that they haven't held up so well IMHO.

This one and The Last Time may be my two favorite Stones tracks of all time.

Regatta De Blanc is still a GOAT album, and if No Time This Time doesn´t get your blood up, then I don´t know what will. It is a very, very coherent and strong album, however some songs taken out of context, are weak alone, I agree. I´d imagine you still like It´s Alright for You from Outlandos, as well as Next To You, Can´t Stand Losing You and So Lonely (possibly a perfect song). Outlandos had sheer brilliance, and one or two faux pauxs. Starting with the third album, many a song have waned with the passing of time, but there are some strong ones interspersed there. I think their massive acceptance ran many a song into the ground, especially from Zenyatta Mondatta and Ghost in the Machine (which had alot of filler).

Love's Forever Changes album. Without question Love is the most under-appreciated band in r 'n r history. I don't use the word genius often in connection with rock stars, but Arthur Lee ... was a musical genius.

Yes ETA - Sting's voice bothers me is the biggest issue.

This goes without saying, but I´ve heard him interviewed three or four times, and he is so knowledgeable, gracious with praise, and an overall good guy.

No doubt, but I like his bass playing, lyrics, and absolutely love Copeland and Summers. Copeland is a drummer´s god.
