I loved Buckwheat, Samurai Deli, The original Roxbury Skit with Jim Carrey, Chevy Chase as the Landshark.
I always liked the Mango Skits, especially when they used guys. Did one with Garth Brooks, and I think Rudy Giuliani too.
I love the Timberlake digital short songs (Dick in a box, Motherlover, Three Way)

I really liked the TV Funhouse stuff as well. Disney's Ray of light, the ambiguously gay duo, the x-presidents, MR. T, and Michael Jackson skits were all pretty damn funny.

My favorite was the one with will ferrel, some woman, david allen greer and they are doing a morning talk show and the teleprompter stops working.
Also the will ferrel one where he interviews pierce brosnan and starts yelling at his employees in front of him.
