LOL yea over 50 million gun owners would stand no chance against our gov't. And  at you thinking the entire military isn't on the peoples side. You really think they would fight against their own people and families, like they are some sort of sub human creature that the Gov't created to do their work?
Many military and police officers are pro 2nd amendment and all have taken oath to protect the people and the Constitution from foreign and domestic threats. The amount of people willing to fight for their right to own a gun, plus the military and police that would side with the people would be more than enough to overthrow what military would be left on the Gov't side. The military only has like 3 million active members total.

No, but what if the government first said, "We're just going to take the guns from __________."? (Fill in the blank with "liberals" to get the full effect of my point.)
All they have to do is gin up hate in the military towards the group they want disarmed.
It's not like we're ALL that different from any number of other countris whose militarty has fired on their own civilians. It just takes brain washing.

What do you think a hunting rifle is....instead of saying Somali Pirate, I can easily say Deer in a food plot. Overwatch is not some mythical tactic reserved for the military and LE elite.

First of all the problem is that Afghanistanis have been at war for many, many years. They haven't been sitting around eating bonbons and watching reality TV. They are also among the most armed populace in the world, and they don't stand a chance of defeating the US Military....their only hope is to stick around until we come to our senses and leave,.....that ain't gonna happen in the US because there is no where to go.....we are home.
