According to Mr. Ryan even a newly fertilized egg that hasn't attached to the uterine wall should legally be considered a "person".
Now, it's quite misogynistic to subordinate the well-being and will of a woman to that of something without a brain, and I'm sure Mrs. Ryan is accustomed to it by now, but this bill as law would also be clearly unconstitutional and disrespectful of court precedent. Tell me why jackasses waste our time and their congressional pay with such bull shite.
If you needed a reason to feel good about the lying weirdo's failure to get elected to the vice-presidency you now have it.

do you understand the biological difference between a fertilized egg and your definition of a "person"?
Oh, and btw...I support abortion. I'm just curious to see if you even have the requisite knowledge to even engage in such a discussion, or you,just like the religious...have a "belief"

Sorta wonder if there was a Rex around in the 1800s running around claiming how absurd it was when they decided to give "personhood" to people that had black skin.

Every science class I have ever taken stated that life began at conception. Its the recognized belief by pretty much all scientists. So how is that "anti-science"?
