For some reason, I love me some Almaza. I like it more than almost any other Mediterranean place in BR. Sometimes I like Albasha better but I'm a sucker for Almaza.
Chelseas is good - as someone mentioned.
Not sure if it would be considered a "dive" but I enjoy a good Inga's sandwich every now and then.

Right. This is about it for the LSU area without going in too far North. Chelsea's used to win the award hands down, but it's a not a dive anymore either.
