I missed out this morning. Academy in Alexandria got a shipment of AR's and they lasted maybe an hour and a half.

Step one: unload gun
Step b: make sure gun is unloaded
Step 3: stand gun up on the butt and pull down on the ring between the receiver and the foregrip and the grip will come out in two pieces. (the manual that came with mine shows how to do this BTW)
Step IV: bolt rails to foregrip and reverse process
