I have about 17 people that I could keep. That's not to say that all 16 are "good" keepers though.
I'm not really happy with Hardy or Beltran as keepers, but i will if i have to.
I'd also consider keeping Youkilis, Seager, Putz, Broxton, and Cuddyer.

My keepers are a secret fwiw.
I'm not sure about increase. I know that when TBM has a shortage of keepers we think about reducing. When they have 15 legit keepers, we talk about increasing. What do the teams they formerly owned look like? That will tell you your answer.
