If truly use the gun or die, than yes. True. Otherwise if a bat or crowbar were to work, they may just use that.
The point was I was making that while I understood his point, his point has little to do with the right to keep and bare arms.

I am not in favor of banning assault weapons or the such.
And i am not in favor of stupid threads like this.
Please know your statistics. Posting case reports like this everyone knows is ridiculous.
