I had talked to some posters the other night about a LSU themed call like the AU one that Brad at Mayday calls did for me. He sent me this pic today of a call he did for a LSU customer. It's an all acrylic double reed with a two color barrel with a silver accent. He can do single or double reeds and other color variations. Just let me know if anybody wants his contact info. Sorry on my phone and wasn't searching for the old thread I mentioned. Here's the call. Not bad at all considering a gump is doing the work haha

Just depends if he has the acrylic stock on hand. If so then not long at all. He'll be able to tell ya when ya email him I'm sure. The AU call I have was less than 2 weeks

And it's a double reed.
After we got off the phone about color particulars he sent me a pic of it about an hour later fully finished. Pretty slick job if you ask me. I'm just ready to get it in.

Fine looking call. I know personally, I couldn't hunt with it though. Strictly a personal thing. It would drive me crazy to have something that bright colored hanging around my neck. I mean I would blame every missed shot, the blue bird sky, every flared duck - everything on that call. Like I said, it is a personal thing. More like a neurotic thing.

I love collecting calls and I wanted to add a custom call to my arsenal. I chose mayday because bowhunt recomended them and they have great products, great prices and an honorable cause. Im ready to get it in Louisiana and start quackin and stackin.
