Is it time to ask Romney about his Secret Economic Plan?

Too soon? I am curious what amazing multi-trillion dollar loopholes he was going to close.

This thread is as important as jail rape and aging French movie stars and why people pick their nose when they are in their car.

Good thing we don't have to find out because we already have the dumpster fire of an economic plan brought to us by the guy you voted for

Yes and I am not getting any hard core good answers like they are in the jail rape thread and the political thoughts of aging french movie stars.

I will bet you $50 dollars that VB is in the trillion debt thread as I type this saying how great of an idea this is because we have to spend a zillion trillion more monies to recover.

Have we seen Obama's economic plan? Since he's in charge he's the only one that matters.

From what I can tell it's giving gigantic benefits and loopholes to the wealthy financiers and union bosses, outsourcing jobs, raising taxes on the middle class, continuing old wars / starting new ones, and increasing government employment.

Funny thing is, if liberals actually looked at actions and results they would be shocked that their guy is in reality extremely close to the perceptions they had against the guy they didn't want to become president.

Enjoy the next four years, you're going to be eating every last morsel of what you voted for.

If you really want to know, this was it. Plan was to close loopholes and favortism on subsities for some revenue. Balance the budget in 2 years by cutting $500 billion in the first year using studies already done like Bowles/Simpson, gang of 6, etc. Cut duplication, waste, fraud, etc all identified by Senator Coburn and others. Then cut a second $500 billion in the second year through Congressional hearings. With a 1.2 trillion a year deficit, that is one trillion in cuts. Through natural growth and new tax receits from growth, the budget would be balanced and a robust economy like under Reagan would be underway, unemployment down, jobs up. The sale of un-needed Federal lands and buildings would happen also for a cash infusion and reduction of costs. A move to replace Obamacare with private insurance with Federal assistance on the premiums was planned. Also, a Federal Excise tax on NEW oil and gas drilling on ALL Federal lands, including all of Alaska,Texas, and Louisiana. That tax would pay the gov't part of federal health insurance- the GIP Plan [gov't insurance policy]. Obamacare is going to be too expensive to keep.

No Leader, no plan, no leader, no respect, no leader, no america.
Obama's plan is obvious. Take vacations, life the hollywood lifestyle, hide behind the liberal media. He does not have this country's best interests in mind. Romney may have not been a perfect choice but he had the country's best interests at heart. I still find it very interesting that Obama did not win a single state with a voter ID law. It Wreaks of corruption. If I were Romney I would help Obama on the condition that he admit to the fraud that he is.

Many Obama voters are already having buyers remorse as higher payroll taxes and provisions of Obamacare kick in. We will all regret that we did hire the well qualified Romney as CEO of the U.S. before it's over with. But carry on with your delusional perspective.

Obama has submitted a budget request every year from the House. His first year he was months late, the next 3 budget requests were merely weeks late.

Contrary to popular right-wing belief, Obama has submitted budgets every year he has been in office. The Congress, however, has failed to pass any budget bills for the President to sign since 2010.

Stop getting your talking points from Buddy Roemer, he's wrong.

Yes, that's why he's not responsible for budget bills, that would be the House of Representatives.

I'm still waiting for the House and Senate to agreee on a budget bill that they can then send on to the President for his signature.

Isn't that how fiscal bills go, from the House to the Senate, then back to the House and perhaps back to the Senate, and then to the President?

I thought eveyone wanted to have a divided Congress so that nothing would get done...

Which has passed multiple budgets only to have them blocked from even hitting the Senate floor for debate by Harry "We do not need to bring a budget to the floor this year" Reid (from Feb of 2012).

Did anyone else notice how people started working AROUND Reid toward the end of the fiscal cliff negotiations?
