Got Far Cry 3 for Christmas. I already beat it and was pretty disappointed. The last one was much better, imo.
Already have Black Ops 2.
Right now Im leaning towards AC3. Can I start off with this one, or do I should I play the first two to pick up on the storyline?
I'm open to suggestions.

I haven't played any AC except the first one. But isn't the new one in a completely different time period?

Never been able to get into Halo.
As for FC3, I thought the storyline was way too short, there werent any times you could decide which direction the plot goes, and the side quests sucked for the most part.

I have only played AC1 and AC2 but always heard you can skip around.

i quit gta iv it was getting to be a chore, i started back on hitman and it's crazy how much better the graphics are, and now i know why i didn't like it the first time i played it, i just discovered the "instinct" button, makes all the difference on figuring out how to do stuff.
