I looked into this and it seems really cool. But did I miss out? Has it already started? And is anybody looking to fill a spot?

This is the first tournament of the year. You can join next week. Yahoo is an easy one.
I know of a couple money leagues in Baton Rouge if you're interested. Like $50 entry.
Fantasy golf is not time-consuming and gives something to do in the off season.
