I know Payton and Loomis gave him great recommendations but I don't know what kind of offense he runs. Our Bills need to force feed CJ Spiller.

On buffalo boards I'm on people from up that way that are cuse fans love his offense but said he must hire a good dc because guess they didn't play much d at cuse. D he does run is 4-3 so buffalo won't have to.change personnel on the line and such. As long as he brings someone in that will bring more than front 4 pressure more than once a game I'm fine with it. I would rather him than Kelly fwiw
