What is this? I'm starting to see this on my FB feed since the Sandy Hook Massacre. Especially when I linked their debunking of Sandy Hook Conspiracies on a friend's "Sandy Hook Conspiracy" picture post on Homeland Security Actors. Not saying this is the end all be all of sites but they do cite their work and does provide another side of the story. What's the paranoia of Snopes trying to achieve a progressive agenda?

Conservatives are so butt hurt from losing so many elections, they've become so paranoid that they think everyone is against them. TV media, print media, pollsters, poll analyzers, betting websites, Columnists, movies, tv shows, actors, snopes, political fact checkers, scientists. Anyone and everything that disagrees with them. Even conservative media like Frum or Brooks. And when evryone is right and conservatives are proven wrong, then they claim it's a conspiracy. It's rigged. It's bought and paid for.
Conservatives cannot bring themselves to even consider that they might be wrong about anything. So they only watch and read conservative media which makes a fortune feeding them crap they want to hear. Drudge, Rush, Breitbart, Colter, Murdoch...make a fortune telling them stuff they want to hear. Doesn't matter if it's the truth.
Conservative media are the modern day snake oil salesman.

Right
But to be fair the owners of the snopes website even admit to being left leaning.
That being said, I don't think there is really any bias in how they present things. They lay things out pretty clearly. If someone would like to show the countless examples of how they put a spin on things, I'd like to see them.

Composition of this thread along with wide ranging public commentary on Snopes goes a long way in that regard. If you and others here don't recognize that, your obstinacy speaks for itself.
There are volumes of neutrally debunked myths and clarified misconceptions on the site. It is an excellent resource for backgrounding most things nonpolitical. If left vs right politics are involved in a story though, the Snopes slant is obvious.
A disquieting tendency of the left is its consistent duplicity in addressing its own bias. This is another example.

This board in particular seems to be infected with a lot of delusional conservatives that are wrapped up in confirmation bias because they are in the company of other like minded fools.
