| Chipotle in Elmwood (Posted on 1/4/13 at 8:54 pm)
Have you been? I went today. It was pretty good. Blows Izzos away on quality. I need to try some more stuff there. I had the stark rice bowl with all the fixings.

Why am I the only one that thing Chipotle is overrated crap? The meats are all very bland and the options are extremely limited. Nothing remarkable about anything there

I kind of agree with you about the limited items, but I thought their quality was much better than the other places like them. I need to try it again before I are up my mind. For the $ though I thought it wasa pretty gooddeal

Trust, you're not the only one. Place sucks. The rice to meat ratio is ludicrous. Thanks for the filler bro!

Never been to an Izzo's, but Qdoba beats Chipotle any day of the week. Unfortunately for me, Auburn only has Chipotle and Moe's...which are ok, but makes me want a Qdoba even more.

The rice at chipotle kills qdoba. And the steak(medium rare off the grill) beats them by a mile too. I've never had Izzo's.

Freebirds is great. Used to go to the original one when I lived in College Station briefly. I like Chipotle more than Moes and Qdoba. I think Moes sucks. I highly doubt Freebirds will be coming up here sadly

\ I like chipotle better than Izzos, but I agree it should have jalapenos. I usually get a bowl and ask for double meat, worth the $1.99 extra.

All of their salsas contain jalapeno peppers or something similar. You pretty much have to get tomatoes, corn and either the medium green or the hot. I usually just get all four. When the rice and steak are fresh, chipotle is pretty solid imo.

I don't know if yall get Willys in LA but it's a lot better and cheaper. More toppings, fresher, and they don't charge you 2 bucks for guac and extra for chips.

i dont understand when people rip places like Chipolte. Its like a burrito version of Subway. You ever notice how at subway they count the cold slices they put on your sandwich? Im sure chipolte does the same thing. It's glorified fast food. I just dont know what people expect when they go into this place. I dont think it really sucks. It's something different. It's fast. And it's really not that expensive considering.

Izzo's is infinitely superior to Chipotle. I seldom go to Chipotle, but whenever I do I'm always reminded of how much I enjoy their rice.
