I got it at academy in Slidell.
I was planning on buying this and a glock 17 but everyone kept saying they didn't have any. Then academy on seigen told me they had the g17 and g21 is stock and I decided I would buy them. They took down my name and number and said they would put them on hold for me for 24 hours. I called the next morning to verify they were sti there and the guy tells me they they never hold anything for a customer, but they have them in stock anyway. I hang up and am in the store 15 min later only to find that they don't have either of them in stock. They tell me that these two guys have been working the gun counter alone and they say they never spoke to me. I verify the number and its correct.
I called every other gun store in BR and everyone said no. I was planning on forgeti about it but my cousin had to stop at academy in Slidell on the way out and they had the ruger. Now I have it.
