People filing frivolous law suits should have to pay the legal fees for the people they sue.

I wonder what the circumstances were of his crime/sentencing. He seriously injured someone in a shooting serving 20 to 30.,Yet others get 12 for bludgeoning a man to death then using their credit card. Not very consistent from state to state.

Companies should be held responsible for the harmful products they introduce into the stream of commerce.
If this was a car that caused shootings, people would react the same way.

I know someone that killed a guy because he was driving drunk and didnt go to jail at all. Coincidentally, that very same guy just recently stabbed to death his own 4 year old nephew.

I'm surprised this didn't start sooner seeing as how people put tobacco companies on the hook for cancer and such.

I know a guy in Alabama who did 25 years for read ending and killing a person in Orange Beach. The victim was the niece of Judge. If he would have killed her with a handgun at point blank range he would have only served six. He got fricked big time, but he was guilty as sin.
