I've always watched my sodium intake, had no idea fast food was so high! Just an FYI. And in that meal I would put the sodium content down the list from calories and saturated fat as far as what to stay away from

Yep. Lean Cuisine and company are guilty of this. But that is the flavor they substitute for the fats.
