Minter was on with Mascona yesterday afternoon and said himself that he's projected in the 3rd and that he's ok with that. LSU can't compete with someone willing to leave for the 3rd round and Minter obviously thinks that's his ceiling any way. Also, Detillier said NFL scouts will fall in love with Simon's size and length with all the big-bodied WRs in the NFL. They'll all think they can teach him better technique and some team with use a 2nd round pick on him.

 at all the doom and gloom of some posters. Sure players leaving will be an impact but will not be bad as many are eluding to...

Man if we only had a good recruiting classes, decent back ups, a good defensive coach and at least one decent running back.
Guess you're right, we will be 2-10 next year.

Claiborne, Matheiu, Ron Brooks, Ronnie Vinson (transfer), Brandon Taylor, Brockers.
We lost a lot on defense last season, especially in the secondary, and managed alright.

Our whole team is leaving. We have not gotten lucky and kept anyone. This will be worse than people think next year unless everyone new guy steps up.
