Reid will likely maintain personnel control in a manner similar to Bill Belichick, Mike Shanahan, Pete Carroll, and Jeff Fisher. Ex-Eagles DC Juan Castillo is expected to be hired as OL coach while Pat Shurmur and Brad Childress are candidates for offensive coordinator

never got that...the guy had always been an OL coach...then suddenly he is the eagles D-Coord.

Solid move for the Cheifs IMO. Getting rid of Pioli makes it worth it if nothing else.

This could be a really good fit. Andy Reid is supposed to be really good with qb's. The rumor has been for the last couple of years that the chiefs are really talented at every position group except qb. Charles also seems like the type of rb that Reid likes.

ESPN's need the be first gives you an official deal that is not official.
I guess we know Vick's destination, as well as every player that gets dumped by the Eagles.
