Palin's problem wasn't that she was constantly putting her foot in her mouth, because she didn't. It was that she was completely ignorant. Biden can name the countries in NAFTA, he knows that Africa is a continent made up of many countries and not just one country and he knows that the Prime Minister is in charge of the U.K. and not the Queen.
