Get a pitbull dude.
LINK This is the type I want medium sized that looks more like a lab/shepard. But this one requires too much space I got a real small apartment. They wont allow Pitbulls in my complex either.

Why don't you try petfinder.com? That site shows what animals are available in most shelters in your area. Plus, most of those craigslist links you posted appear to be trying to find the owners of lost dogs, not trying to give them away to new homes.

I agree but I live in a small place greyhound would be too big not fair for it. Yes I am picky I could go to the interstate find a stray but i want to go to a shelter know what I'm looking for.
Oddly enough, the bigger dog breeds tend to do well in smaller living spaces. Dogs like Great Danes are lazy as shit, so the fact that they have no yard is of no consequence. Take it for a walk once a day and it will probably be happy to lay down next to your couch for the rest of the day. As for Blue Heelers, they are awesome dogs. They don't bark much, they don't shed much, and they are extremely intelligent. Problem is they are damn stubborn, they herd everything, and they require a shite ton of exercise. It sounds like: (a) you won't get the dog you want because it doesn't really exist, or (b) you need to adjust your parameters.

a) Want a dog that doesn't need alot of exercise as much as I like Blue Heelers I dont have the time. b) Also my apartment wont allow big dogs and the pet deposit is already enough for me. c) Will try that petfinder site and if I can find a Beagel mix that isnt too big I might get it.

Way too much energy for an appartment. Awesome dogs, but you'd have to take it on a 3 mile jog everyday to get the energy out.

Cocker Spaniel. Bitches love my Cocker Spaniel. Mines all black, people think he's a baby black lab, not noticing his big ears.

I think someone mentioned a greyhound rescue. If I'm not mistaken, they are pretty lazy dogs. I think they get mistaken for being extremely high energy because they are so fast.

I'm actually looking to adopt a lab but waiting until the craziness that is Mardi Gras/Superbowl passes before I do (I live on the parade route and don't want a new dog around tons of people staying at my place). Nonetheless, I saw your post and found this lab/beagle mix in Nola on Petfinder earlier, looks like she may be a winner for you. LINK
