well it's not really that complicated. You think your dick is doing some advanced surgical work up in there to get the sperm to the egg? Sure a doctor probably has a better success rate but I don't know what the compelling health argument is.

Given the state's logic in this case, what is to stop them from seeking child support from mothers who give their children up for adoption? It is discrimination based on sex for the state not to do so.

If I'm reading this right it sounds like the lesbos don't want him to pay child support. This sounds like the state getting involved in something it should stay out of.
