I have a couple of questions about the Bayou Recruiting Bash. When do tickets go on sale for the event? Is this event something that you need a group of people to go to or is it okay to go alone? I've never been and looking to go this year.

It's fine to go alone. There are areas roped off with tables and a bunch of seating behind it. Plenty of food and drinks. Silent auction. I've been goin for a few years now. I'd rather go with at least one friend.

I wouldn't go unless you had someone to drive you home too, you're gonna be wasted, and they always pop people for DWIs after they leave. There's nothing to do, but get hammered all day, which is awesome, but tougher to get home safely

Go to BayouBuys.com in the next several days. They've got a promotion for buying two tickets for $45 ($5 bucks more than one at the door). If you can't find anyone to go with you, then buy a single off of Ticketmaster or at the door.

You can go by yourself, but obviously alot more time consuming if you have a friend with you. It's a long day, I'd hate to go 6-8 hours without someone to shoot the bull with.

I've always had something due for school during this event. 
I've got a few buddies that have gone in the past and said it's a great event. I think it's around $40-$50 and you have access to all you can eat/drink from different restaurant booths all around the city.
