Stekelenburg may be for sale.
Summer signing 23yo Mauro Goicoechea from Uruguay seems to be cementing his first team spot over Stek in the past couple of months (after Stek arguably beat out Lobont mainly due to an injury early this year).
I was overjoyed when we signed Stek last summer and he's seemed nothing but a solid teammate/professional. In all honesty though, he's really been pretty mediocre on the field.
Milan's looking for a GK but otherwise I'd guess the EPL may be an option for Stek?

Bayern should buy a center back but I doubt they do. The main target I see them linked with is 17 year old Leon Goretzka "the next Michael Ballack." He's a box-to-box mid who's become a regular starter for Bochum in the 2. Bundesliga.
Manchester United, Real Madrid, Arsenal, and Barcelona have all shown interest but Sammer has already met with him and he's from just north of Munich so he's a strong Bayern lean.

Liverpool is set to announce the Sturridge transfer tomorrow ahead of the Sunderland fixture. He will be unavailable tomorrow but should see time against Mansfield on Sunday. The fee will be around £12M, with wages rumored to be around £60,000

This is more of a "winter rumor" topic..
But it shows the past success rate of each of the british newspapers of rumor reported to actual signing.
Not a huge difference from top to bottom, but it's something.

he should help out a lot, granted jupp hates kids so he hasnt gotten any first team minutes and i havent actually seen him play this year. everything that i've seen indicates he's been one of the better players every game for the reserves.
