| Keeping meat(Boston Butt) warm? (Posted on 12/31/12 at 12:25 pm)
I started two butts on the smoker this morning. One already got to 185. The other is getting there. It's 12:25 now, and I won't serve until after 6 sometime. Can I just foil them and put in oven on like 140* or some such? Don't want to cook them more. Or, just wrap, let cool, then re-warm for game party?

I've held pork butts for 4+ hours wrapped in foil and in ice chest with towels.
