No where like another poster said. Once you're in the pen, you're stuck. Better not drink anything, especially alcohol, unless you're wearing a diaper. You couldn't pay me to stand for hours on end with no restrooms, food or drink(aside from what you stuff in your pockets but make sure you don't have to pee) in a crowd, to watch a ball drop.
NYC is cool for NYE, just not in Times Square

Yeah, there are many places to use the bathroom in Times Square on New year's Eve, just nothing you will be able to get to. I don't understand who could possibly think that is a good time. You have to be out there like right now too.

There's absolutely nowhere to use the restroom on NYE in Times Square. It's one of the most miserable experiences one could have honestly.

Chelsea Loft for NYE. Did it last year. You have to have a screw loose to do Times Square.
