I think they will both be fascinating. There is no way biden gets the nod unless no one else of note runs, which I think its unlikely. Cuomo, HRC, booker and quite a few others dying to be president.
The republican primary season might be really intersting, if the current attitudes hold.

I think the only way the republicans win is to come up with a very compelling candidate, that says something different than the last few elections. Thus I think the candidate is more important than the platform.
It would be pretty compelling IMHO for someone like Rand Paul to quit the senate and say congress is dysfunctional.....then run on a true liberterian platform. I would certainly vote for someone that espoused libertarian ideals.
