Reid is a solid HC, he just can't win big. That should be enough for Cleveland

Reid's not the same coach that he was ten years ago. He's completely burnt out from football especially after his son's death. Man needs a year off in the worst way.

I think a change of scenery will do wonders for him. I would take a year off if I were in his situation, but that's just me.

Being a huge eagles fan, I love where Reid got us and I jope he gets another job like Cleveland or Jacksonville... He could just never get us over the hump and win the important games...
And yes, he needs a year or 2 off to settle down and relax a bit, the man has earned it.
