Any carpenters here? Nailing question.

I am framing a 12x16 shed. I have a case of 3" grip rite nails for my framing nailer (free). Anyone use 3" instead of 3-1/2 or 3-1/4?

They are collated framing nails. TIA

3" is perfect. If you use any treated lumber make sure you use galvanized nails.

Pretty sure code is a 3"x120 which is what you probably have.

If you can't nail from the front, do it from behind.
