Googled it and some old threads off here popped up, no one ever followed up and said where they actually got any of the tanks filled.
Is catering kegs the best bet?

A welding supply shop or a similar place such as Air Gas/Air Liquid.

Air Liquid doesn't do small scale CO2 like this (as far as I understand).
OP, where are you located, I can give you all the welding supply shops in whatever area you are. They all will have CO2, whether they refill your own containers, I am unsure.

Got it filled at the catering kegs place, not sure how they are in business, place is a shite hole. Can't find any kegs around town now that are not bud, miller or natty light though 
Guess I'm going to have to order one
