About to cross the 500 murder threshold... Seems like its working out well for them

How many times must it be explained to you people that this argument is only valid if every single place in America had Chicago's gun laws?

So what you're saying is the people don't obey Chicago's gun laws because others don't have the same strict laws 
You're telling me that if every other city had the same laws that criminals would all of a sudden obey Chicago's gun laws?

But there are laws in place in Chicago.... You mean that people aren't obeying those laws? Well frick, what should we do...
What do you think would happen if every city outlawed guns just like Chicago? The same fricking thing that happens in the war on drugs.. Weapons would stream across the border via the black market and the criminals would have the easiest access to them. Not the law abiding citizens.

The Feds were also running an operation similar to F&F where there were selling guns to gangs in neighboring Indiana. The guns were showing up at crime scenes in Chicago...
