Personal opinion, since the player is outside of our list of eligible players:
*IF* the loan move to Wigan occurs before the transfer window (I'm not 100% sure that it even can) opens, 20legend gets to keep him. If the loan happens during the transfer window, the player goes through the draft.
Not that I'm against him having the player, just that it sets a really bad precedent for players outside of our scoring system.

Regards to next Week 19:
All games are on Wednesday, the 26th, so get your week 18 scores in on Monday if possible. Also, try to set your lineups.
Of course, holiday commitments are more important, so we can always go back and score both weeks with slightly old lineups after the holiday if necessary.
Week 18 waivers will begin Monday morning and last through Christmas day.
Remember, West Ham and Arsenal do not have a week 19 fixture.

Like I said, I feel that if he's not in the EPL fantasy scoring system, he needs to be handled like an incoming transfer.
Not because of the player, but because of the precedent it sets.
When we drafted, we had to pick players from our "player universe."
