This staff is Aces so far. We will truly find out if Arkansas is the recruiting wasteland we have been led to believe over the last 20 years.

A good recruiter can recruit anywhere. Connections can be made in any HS in the country.
Now if you've got a corrupt coach that is taking paydays to steer kids... not likely, that's what the Willie Lyles and Walt Williams of the world are for. A single HS usually won't have enough talent to keep paying a coach, they also move around too much. But these recruiting mentors/agent runners they seek the high profile guys out and date their fat moms to get in with them.
It's pretty clear Bielema is going after quality coaches that are rock solid recruiters.
