I was a phantom in a friends world in Demons Souls and we got invaded. I hid behind some debris and when the guy made a bee-line for my friend I wailed on him before he could turn, strategery.

Nobody talking Dark Souls today huh?
I know it's a year old but seems like a few of us have really gotten in to this game lately
It's already on par with Mass Effect and RDR for me, which since I got an xbox are the only two games I've really been able to just sit there and play for 4-5 hours at a time.
Once again....Carson Thanks for pimping this game non-stop in the the rpg thread. And every subsequent thread in which it has been mentioned

I tried to get into it but it just didn't take so its been sitting on my shelf for a few months. Maybe because I was balls deep in a few other games. I'll probably give it another go over Christmas.

I still have yet to play the dlc as well.
my pyromancer is my main and he is in a tough spot in new game + so I've been reluctant to play him.
i have a thief I've been playing with but I suck without having any ranged attacks at my disposal, depending on the circumstances. moonlight butterfly is wrecking me.

Just was about to walk up the stairs to fight moonlight butterfly when I got invaded. I was standing on top of the summon sign when the dude attacked me. Summon, estus flask, kicked invader's arse and took his stuff
