Point A and B are far removed with nothing other than grinding and secret weapons between. It would similar to KOTOR having no setup other than you can stumble about a large world. Once youve bludgeoned enough creatures into submission and stumble into the only point plot in the game you are given a choice to end the world or save it with no real understanding of it.

Motherfricking this. I've seen threads all over the interwebz made by noobs crying that DS doesn't have an easy mode. They can go frick themselves and put Fable back in their Xbox. Don't change the feed on a winning horse.

Here's where I think the game is underrated. The plot is there, but you have to work to find it. Talk to EVERYONE. There's definitely a written plot, it's just not handed to you on a silver platter with 60 cutscenes. I actually like the plot.

There's a difference between camping and area control. Sitting in one spot looking around is camping. Area control is roaming a small portion of the map. One works way better than the other and is socially acceptable. The other is a crutch. Search is all about map control so if you can get a team that can control separate areas, you're gonna have a good time.

Everything you've said about this game...totally true
Challenging as hell but man does it feel great when you beat a boss. Once you figure it out it's like "Dammit...that was easy!" It just takes 5-6 times to figure out how to kill each boss
