Just to be clear, I do not think you'll eat your words on the specific Götze issue. I do think if there is any player he would spend that sum on it'd be him. Could end up being a striker out of necessity though.

Heard a ton of rumors of us getting huntelaar for 6m, diane for 3.5, and Henry on loan.
Which still leaves a large chunk for a big name

It's rumored that Real Madrid have put aside 56 million pounds to fund a transfer for Gareth Bale. 20 up front, and 36 in the summer.

Agreed. I'm a Spurs fan and I think Bale is damn good, but alot of quality players can be bought with that kind of money.
