Really don't care. All I know is we are on a different level than Arkansas.

Obviously, Peach bowl =/= multiple year extension and substantial dollar amount raise at Arkansas.

If Arkansas ever had an elite football program, you would get it.

I do remember how happy you folks were to win 10 games though. Funny how LSu fans are less than thrilled.

judging by the responses in this and the miles thread, yep.

most of what we believe on that is that your coach isn't a lying piece of shite who didn't tell the truth to the fans the media and his boss.... you really want to challenge that?

Very hard choice, but it has to be b), Arky. They littered the board with their "right fit" posts, which all discussed a coach exactly opposite BB, but then when the hire was announced, you would think the second coming happened. I always enjoy the piggys' delusion.

Enjoy that bowl that Johnelle brought you to this year. I'm quite sure BB will be a breath of fresh air in Arky. Look at that long line of Arky coaching greatness...Nutt, interim, motorcycle riding douchebag, Johnelle. You've nowhere to go but up. Clearly you are a premier program!

It is very apparent A&M fans are not used to having any amount of success...

Ultimately we have no idea if BB was Long's first choice or not. That is just the way it is . You WANT to see that he wasn't , just like some Hog fans want to see that he was.

The truth is, who gives a shit, all we care about is that now that he's hired, can he win here?

re: Bigger fan base Delusion:

I don't think BB was Long's first choice. I think he may have reached out to Patterson and Peteresen. So, he was probably his 3rd or 4th choice.

But I do know for sure that Les Miles was not above Bielema on the list.

The answer to the thread is C) LSU fans thinking we actually wanted Les Miles.

some of us, many of us, wanted EXACTLY a coach like BB. Some did think we needed another high powered offense coach; but not everyone agreed.
