| Thoughts on ULTA? (Posted on 12/12/12 at 1:03 pm)
My wife shops there all the time and the stock has been a huge hit the last couple years. Wish she would have told me how many woman shop there. Anyone want to take a look at it and tell me what they think? Seems like a great stock to own even when times aren't too good. Women love their make up.

Why? Just curious, women love that place more than any store I've seen.

Yes, I love it too. Thought it was a great growth stock after the first time I went in a store, but that was a few years ago. This is not a recommendation. Stock is trading at 94 and change. That's a P. E. of around 39. It's off the highs, but has a 52 week trading range of roughly $63-$103. You need to do your homework on whether or not you think the stock is too pricey and any growth potential. Women like the design of the stores, the products and convenience. Much better shopping experience than the traditional beauty supply stores. Also, women grooming products boom during economic hard times as women want to feel better and are looking for discounts.
