I cracked last night and went to town on the pork loin in the fridge.

Today I went to town on some hot sausage, smoked sausage and baked chicken. Sodium levels through the roof.

The scale shall not be kind to me tomorrow. No she will not.

Got some great news and bad news last night. Good news is I am going to get to go to Boston in April and run the Boston Marathon . Bad news is I have to raise $4K for the chairty I'm running for, book flights and hotels which will be another $4K. I'm pretty sure I can't post a link to my fundraising page, incase anyone would be intrested in making a contribution... Would it be a banable offense? I think so.

Most people here do low carb or paleo, but it's not some sort of requirement. I did Atkins for about 9 months and dropped a ton of weight, then switched to Paleo and started working out. I don't lose as quickly but I actually enjoy the diet and don't feel so restricted.

I like to read what other people are doing, it gives me ideas for different foods I can try. I'm not on any specific diet, just trying to eat healthy and avoid fast food.

One pound left to be back to where I was last Friday. Went off the tracks last weekend. I believe I will do a CADfast as well. I usually do one on Thursdays anyway to have a strong push into Friday mornging's weigh in.

Forgot to weigh myself this morning. Hovering at a ~190 right now. Goal is to hit 195 and then cut back down to 180.
