You can report fraud to attorneys here.

it pisses me off and there are a couple I could report, but I'm not. Why put people in that position? Why not just tighten up the system? Why don't we just go back to WWII standards? If it's something in your head then tough shite. If you have a real tangible disabilty, like a limb blown off or blinded, then you get taken care of. If it's a back injury, then the discs got to be absoulutely rubbing or racked sideways or missing.

I don't know if I will be able to earn a living reporting these guys but I sure am up for some supplemental income!
It takes a bit more information than to call them up and tell them that mograyback suspects a guy is scamming the VA disability program and you think the doctor is in on it. It only becomes lucrative for the whistle blower when you can do like the HMA guys did with alleged bogus hospital admits via their EDs. I forget the percentage of take for the blower - I think it is in the 10 to 20% range but it's on recovered dollars I believe. You would need a bigger hitter than a single doctor scamming on a single patient.

If I knew who DA was I would report his arse for his "disability" claim he has bragged about getting since he couldn't get a job after he lost his last job. (i think he was laid off from HP or something like that a few years back)

So you supposedly went to private school and are a figure skater. Then were fortunate enough to earn a scholarship, good for you. So tell me some more about the who and the why of people joining the military?

How does one just go from 80% to 100%? What is the process?

Others probably know better than I do, but you apply with your VA rep and then a medical eval is done.

Because people who didn't draw the short stick in life don't want to be forced to join the military.....or pay for those who did for their entire lives.

I'm very familiar with how the system works. I am sasking you how a person goes from 80 to 100?

There are specific critera for each ailment and each level of disability. What does the disabled do to change his rating.

You just don't get an increase unless you meet new criteria.

How does your back patient accomplish that? Wild sex, throw himself off of a building and land on his back?

re: How does the Poli board feel about military disability?

The majority of people who join the military do it because it is their best option. Having a draft would force people with better options to join....essentially making them slaves. As far as financially supporting military vets with mental problems goes my thoughts are as follows. They signed a contract knowing what they would be likely to see. If what they saw is something they can't deal with that is something that charities can help with but taxpayers shouldn't have their money stolen because of it.

re: How does the Poli board feel about military disability?

So you are of the opinion that the majority of the current volunteer military is limited in there potential in the civilian world, additionally a draft would frick smart people like you into having to serve? So let me see if I have your thought process correct, a contract was signed so frick em, do you feel that should equate to all Americans or only the dumb people who join the military? I mean honestly a cunt drops a kid at 17 and gets your money (perhaps stolen as you say), she didn't even "sign" a contract. So charities are good for military guys but not for all Americans?

shite....where did I say ANYONE should get handouts? This thread is ONLY about military disability. I personally think the government has no business stealing away people's money and giving it to ANYONE who can't get their shite together. If people need help they can go to friends, family or charities. If they don't have any friends or family than they are on their own.

ETA: Disability for loss of limbs and extreme injuries like that WOULD be paid for by charities....I can promise you that.

re: How does the Poli board feel about military disability?

The answer to your first question is yes. They could find work but the military is usually their best option. The answer to your second question is that it would force anyone who doesn't want to join the military to join. This doesn't just mean smart people.....there are MILLIONS of dumb civilians that could also be called up against their will and I am against slavery.

maybe but debatable

or perhaps the tax paying citizenry should see it as their duty to serve, since they have a reason to fight

Sad that you see our soldiers, sailors, and airmen as just mere mercenaries, as opposed to someone fighting for the system which supports your anarcho-libertarian lifestyle

What's even sadder is that is exactly what they have become over the last 20 years. If you think any differently you are fooling yourself. Our military members agree to sign up and invade sovereign nations that haven't attacked anyone all so they can get a small check and free college. To say that anyone who has enlisted or re-enlisted since around 2005, when we all knew the wars were frauds, is anything other than a mercenary is laughable.
