There is significant abuse in VA disability as well as Social Security disability and SSI disability. All three should be tightened up.
They should also look at concurrent receipt and have some sort of cap on total government compensations.
Entitlements earned and entitlements for the dysfunctional have to all be tightened up and reduced to what we can afford. Congress cannot continue to spend money we will have to be paying off for generations.

I dedicated my life to a sport, played hockey since I was 3 and earned a scholarship. It's not a crime that I took this opportunity instead of serving my country, it doesn't make me any less of a person or American.
Observing that most people that join the military do it to escape a small town, or pay for college, or make an advancement of some kind in their life has nothing to do with narcissism.. it's the truth.

I feel that our government limiting our nuclear weapons and delivery very well may disable us while enabling our enemies, potential enemies or rogue nations who may wish us harm.

OTOH SS disability is based upon what you have earned in the system and that would be possible.

I wouldn't just say all that stuff about my life if I wasn't attacked for not serving in the military. Had I just come out and said all this stuff about myself, then that could be seen as narcissistic. (On a side note, I'm not proud that I went to the schools I went to. I don't hang around many kids that lived the life I did, they annoy me. I learned a lot living in a small poor town in Ontario).
