If I follow a religion that says I MUST pee my pants every 5 minutes, I would probably wear diapers and keep it to myself. Prayer should be a private and personal thing. No need to do that shite in the middle of an airport, especially knowing the consequences of it. That guy clearly gives zero fricks about the people around him.

We should probably make a law that outlaws this and any other type of religious display in airports.
Of course an exception should be made for people who make the sign of the cross before takeoff. We know that anyone who does that is a solid guy.

I tap the outside of the plane twice then do the sign of the cross. I'm thinking about incorporating something else into my routine.

Bunch of a-holes in this thread.
My favorite cab driver prays at the proper times (sometimes next to his taxi while waiting for me to exit wherever I am) and I've never had a problem reaching my destination.

No, you're not a bad person. I am very interested in terrorism and Islam, have practiced national security law, and am adamantly in support of the freedom of religious practice. I know Muslims and I know people who practically investigate Muslims for a living.
That said, contrary to popular belief, ignorance isn't the only thing that puts you on edge. Some amount of knowledge may as well, even if you know that statistically your chances of getting caught up in an attack is very remote. The latter part is the portion that makes you different from the ignorant who think all Muslims pose a threat.
And knowing that occasionally some Muslims are a threat doesn't make you racist. FWIW, guy never mentioned the race/ethnicity of the individual in question.

Probably unnerved you because when people around you are especially nervous it carries over to you. Probably not nervous he was going to hijack that shite though.
When I'm around someone who is really nervous for something it makes me think, "Should I be nervous too? Why aren't I?" Next thing I know I'm nervous.
