Just reading what wiki posted, I just took it as men get tired of sleeping with the same woman. Not saying then they'll go step out on her or anything. But I can see that inevitably happening. Same for women. That's why you need to keep it different, keep it spicy.

with #2 on the way, that's going to be tough. I've always liked spontaneity, but I can see with 2 kids it'll be like "he's watching Toy Story, she's napping- we have 10 minutes, Go!"

1. Don't discuss your sex life with anyone other than your spouse.

2. Think of your spouse's sexuality as a gift. Only a child expects and demands gifts. Adults give gifts out of the goodness of their hearts, receive them with humility, and treat them with respect.
We give ourselves in marriage, but that's not the end of it. Strive to be worthy of your spouse's gift. If its not given, be worthy anyway.
Also, stop masturbating.

Not all people who get divorced do so because of sex. Hell, not all people who cheat do so for the sex. I'd date to say that's mostly the case with women. I think most women cheat because they are missing an emotional connection. Hell, I love sex as much or more than most men, but I dont NEED to have sex like I think men do. I do NEED a companion though.

yea, that made me laugh too.
but in his defense, there is a group of people who advocate for that as well, from a totally non-religious persepctive, too.
there is a subreddit called something like "NoFap" and they discuss how much better it has made their sex life, and/or how it has motivated them to actually get out and find a girlfriend instead of just sitting around content to jerk off to porn, etc.
i'm sure uway is coming at it from a religious standpoint, but he still may have a point

I read somewhere that you should plan intimacy. Even if you have to put it on a calendar. Doing it at a specific time for a few days in a row will eventually lead to doing it more naturally.

Eh. I guess that's why I attempted to stop in the first place, but religion had never stopped me before.
Either way, the effect on my entire life, including my sex life, is irrefutable evidence to me that its a better way.

Everything you said in those 3 paragraffs and a mouth full of each others junk once a week never hurts.
I find it easy to keep my SO in the mood. Anytime I pass her in the house it's a kiss on the cheek, a soft grab of the hiney, an inconspicuous rub of the boobage, grab her on both sides of her waist from behind and pull her into you softly but with a purpose, not a bad time to bite on some neck about that time.
You get back what you put in, they are a creature that needs to be reminded, constantly.
